hey there, i'm gillian.

holistic well-being guide

i design yoga flows, breathwork, meditations, and self-care rituals, from quick resets to longer sessions.

a bit about my story: yoga and meditation came to me in 2011, a few days after my sister passed away. a friend brought me to my first class, and my journey since then has been life changing. through 15 years of regular yoga, breathwork, meditation, ayurvedic routines, and self-care rituals, i've moved through grief, healed old wounds, and learned how to connect to calm after decades of living with anxiety*.

i wholeheartedly believe in the power of regular practices. i've experienced their magic firsthand and have supported others in doing the same. my goal is to guide you toward your own moments of calm or contentment. no two routines are the same; each honors your needs and daily rhythms. we start small and build from there, with no pressure to do more than fits your life.

*yoga, breathwork, meditation, ayurvedic routines, and self-care rituals are not substitutions for medical or mental health care.

my professional background

my foundation rests in almost 20 years of working in k-12 education as a teacher and leader. i understand the nuances of a jam-packed day: how it feels to be mentally taxed, constantly stretched thin, and depleted by the end of each day with nothing left for those who matter most. i also know that calm doesn't happen by accident. when stress builds up day after day, it takes intentional routines to find your way back to steadiness.

the practices that carried me through grief, healed old wounds, and taught me how to manage anxiety are the same ones that keep me grounded through a full day.

that's why i create and share practices you can weave into the day you already have, plus longer sessions for when you want more time. you can find examples of short resets on my socials linked below.

ultimately, i want you to leave each practice a little lighter, with something you can use again tomorrow.
